Missing Items in Shipped Order

Hi, 

 

I received my shipped order yesterday and one item is missing from the box, though they are listed on the statement inside the box.

It's the Farmacy Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer Jumbo. And even the samples I ordered were missing!
