One major item (SK-II Pitera Essence Set) was missing in my first ever order with sephora and all free samples were wrong. It was very frustrating... Please help resend the item or refund me.

Contact them as soon as you can and let them know. I’ve had this happen a couple of years consecutively during the sale. Each time it was a large bottle of perfume missing. They sent it quickly and no fuss was made. HTH and you get your item soon.
