Missing Item

Sephora has completely failed me as a customer. I placed an order, and 44 items were missing. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they refused to refund me or resend the items, claiming it was ‘too many.’ I paid for these products, and Sephora essentially stole from me. This is unacceptable, and I will make sure others know about their lack of accountability.

In my order number 640815013732, 44 products were missing. The order was divided into two boxes. One box arrived, but the other was missing 44 products.
