Missing Item

Hi,

I placed an order through the Sephora App on Thursday, March 21. The package arrived yesterday afternoon and I am missing an item in my order. I've already paid so I'm just wondering if they forgot to put it in the box when it shipped out? This is has never happened before and I would like to know what the next steps in this situation are. I have whatever information you need (order number, item number, tracking info, etc). 

Please help!
