Missing Item in order

Hello, I am not sure who to talk to but I got my fairly large order yesterday, I was surprised that it all fit in the small size box.. It was in the evening when I went to go wash my face that I realized my Transforming Walnut Scrub by OLEHENRIKSEN hadn't been in the box.. I was really excited to try it since I had tested some of their small combo packs. It wouldn't have fit in this small box, and it is the very first item on my printed receipt given with the package, so I do see why it could have been missed. I also didn't get my 2 free samples that I had chosen, but I did get my bday gift :).. It sucks though because I'm basically out of face wash now. Ive never had to do this or deal with returns so i am hoping it will be an easy process.. please please get me my face wash- I can't really use my other products without knowing I can wash my face at the end of the day!
