Missing Item in my order and cannot reach customer service

I am so disappointed, upset, and frustrated with Sephora and Veho right now. I’ve had problems with the Veho shipping system before, but this last order takes the cake!



 I ordered three items using the $100 rouge reward, and after my package got sent back for no reason, it was redelivered the next day which also happened the last time I ordered from Sephora and got a package through Veho.

However, I am really upset because when I opened the package, one of the items was missing, and there was no packing slip! The worst part about this is that the missing item was a Christmas present for my sister. It was the matte blush wand from Charlotte Tilbury in the shade Pillow Talk.

 

Christmas is less than a week away and I don’t know what to do to remedy this because it was bought with the rouge reward , so I don’t even know how I get a refund  especially since I never got the product, and honestly, even if I got the refund at this point, I would be unlikely to get it before Christmas because I’m disabled and don’t drive so getting to the actual store is very difficult for me. However, I don’t know if they could ship it in time, and considering all the problems I’ve had with the shipping lately, I’m honestly nervous about it.

 

I don’t know what to do at this point, and what’s even worse is, I don’t know how to get help. I tried contacting customer service last night as soon as I became  aware of the problem, and they went off-line as soon as I got on the chat.

 

My plan was to attempt again today but now customer service isn’t even an option on the chat and I don’t have another way of contacting them! Does anyone have any advice? I need to get this remedied as soon as possible. Please help!
