Missing Item in Package

I placed an order on Sunday 10/28 and it arrived this Tuesday, 10/30. However, one of the items I had ordered was not in the box.

The order number is  and the item missing was the KEVYN AUCOIN The Eyelash Curler.

If I could get a refund or a replacement, I would much appreciate it. This has never happened with a package from Sephora before so I'm not sure how to go about resolving this.
