Missing Item ( first time customer)

I was very excited to be notified that my package was delivered, this was my first time purchasing higher end makeup. I quickly hurried to the mail box to get my items, came back home to immediately open my box. Amongst other things, I purchased the Fenty Beauty Pro Filter Hydrating Foundation Set (which should have included the brush, primer, and foundation). I originally only wanted to by the foundation because I’ve only ever tried drugstore ones, I never like them because I have dry skin. So this influenced me to make my first Sephora purchase. However I was very disappointed and sad to see that I received everything in my order EXCEPT MY FOUNDATION. 😞 

Has anyone had this issue? How does Sephora handle these types of situations?
