Missing Item & Samples from Order

Hi Sephora,

I am so unhappy and frustrated. I only ordered 2 products and requested 3 samples.

1) ColourPop Polite AF Super Shock Shadow Collection

2) LAVANILA Award Winning Mini Deo Duo 

When I got my package today, I was missing all 3 samples and the Lavanila Award Winning Mini Deo Duo Shop. I am overly frustrated as this is not the first time Sephora has forgotten my samples, this time, a product was missing too.

I understand it's close to holiday time, but my order summary didn't even say my samples on them, nor did anyone initial anything.

I hope someone can help me with this as not only did I have to wait longer for the shipping delay, I was missing samples and product. At this point, I don't even want to re-order this item and wait for shipping again. This is so frustrating.

Have not heard anything from any sephora customer service.

I have emailed, but nothing.
