Missing Insider Points

I'm really curious about where my points went. I recently moved up to Rouge when I took advantage of the triple points on fragrance. So I definitely had 1000 points. And I've -never- used my points, so I don't understand why both online and on my recent receipt (from yesterday) it shows I have 900+ points. Not mad (yet), just would appreciate an explanation.
