Missing ITEMS from online order

I received an order (later than expected) yesterday evening and when I opened it, 2 of the items I ordered and paid for were not in the box plus a reward that I used points on was not in the box either. I've never had this happen before and am a but lost on what I need to do next to get the missing items.
