Missing Free Samples

Are missing free samples common with orders? I was super excited to try them! Not the end of the world, of course, but I don't get the point of choosing them if they aren't going to be sent.

I just received my order without my samples as well. I double checked the order I placed to make sure I had requested them and on my app they were included but in my box and on my shipment invoice I did not have any samples. Really disappointing 😕

i didnt receive mine as well and i actually used a code for a trial size sample
