Missing Free Samples : Nars Mascara & Daisy Love

Oh no! .. I just received my order last night and noticed I was missing a perfume so I call CS but I didn't realize that the Nars Mascara was also missing. I see he awarded me 75pts. But for 2 items missing? Can I have a sample shipped instead since I can't do much with 75pts please

Sorry for any confusion! We are not able to reship samples off of merchandise orders. Substitutions can be made for samples in online orders. I'll send you a private message to further assist!
