Missing Beauty Insider Points

Two days ago I bought my first item at sephora and got a beauty insider card. The lady at the counter and my receipt both showed I had earned points but when I went online there were no points. If someone could help me that would be great.

Hi, I think I have a similar issue. The points show up in store when I give them my phone number but it says i have zero points on the app/online. Can you please help me out?
