Missing 4x points on skincare

Hi, I bought a product in-store 10 days ago during the 4x point skincare event and realized that the 4x points didn't apply. On the Sephora website, the Haus Labs PhD Hybrid Lip Glaze was considered part of the promotion. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
