Missing $300+ Order & No Help from Sephora

Hi everyone,


I’m honestly really disappointed with Sephora right now and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

 

I placed an order worth over $300, but I never received it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, even offered to file a police report to prove I’m being truthful, but they keep saying that since there’s a “photo confirming delivery,” they can’t offer a refund or replacement.

 

The photo they’re referring to doesn’t even clearly show my address. It’s honestly upsetting because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and other companies actually investigate and help when this kind of thing happens especially for such a large amount.

 

After reading through other posts, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had this issue recently. It feels unfair that Sephora puts all the risk on the customer instead of taking accountability or investigating further with the carrier.

 

I just wanted to share my experience in hopes Sephora will start handling these cases with more care and maybe protect loyal customers from losing hundreds of dollars for something completely out of our control.
