Missing 200 Points

My Beauty Insider Points have not been updating with my past few purchases - I should be at 544, but they seem to be stuck at 344 and won't allow me to add 500 point bonuses from the Rewards Bazaar.

Hi @catsandeyeliner,

It looks like an out of stock reward might have been stuck in your basket, preventing new rewards from being added. We troubleshooted this on our end, and you should be able to add rewards now. Can you please try signing out and signing back in, then check if you can add rewards?

 If you happen to run into this issue again in the future, you can switch to the Sephora Canada side, then back to the Sephora US side. This should automatically remove any out of stock items from your basket. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I'll share this feedback with our site teams.
