Missing $100 rouge reward

Hello, I used a points for a reward in February 2024. And I don’t see it in my account or email to redeem. But I see the original purchase. 
How do I locate the reward?

You should be able to apply the Rouge Reward to your basket at checkout. Please kindly note that the Rouge Reward cannot be combined with the Savings Event discount.
