Missing 100 Points Clean Beauty Challenge - Hair Products

I made a purchase in-store today and completed all 4 of the 100 points challenges. However, my app is only showing ‘Completed’ status for only 3 out of the 4 challenges, when I actually completed all 4. My account is missing the ‘Buy Clean at Sephora Hair Products’ portion. I purchased BREAD Beauty Supply Clear-Wash: Detox Clarifying Shampoo which is listed as a Clean at Sephora hair product.
