I was unable to get my birthday gift last month in stores due to COVID-19. I'm online now to make a purchase and would like to know if I can get an extension to receive my birthday gift. Thank you.

SAME! I tried going online to redeem my birthday gift 06/12 but it says I already did?? But I never did. I will try to make it to the mall but I’ve been trying to say away from big crowds, unless there’s something I can do to fix this online?
