Missed birthday gift - can I still redeem it?

I wasn't able to redeem my birthday gift (July) - can I still redeem it?!?!

Hi there, I have the same issue.  I was hoping you could help me, my birthday was in August and I thought I had placed an order alongwith redeeming my birthday gift and it appears I forgot to checkout and now I no longer have the option to redeem my birthday gift. Would you be able to help me with that please? Thank you! Rina
