Missed Promo Code

Hi there! I just ordered and forgot to include the 3x the points for my basket (EARNPOINTS). I’ve tried to a Cancel the Order several times and it would not allow me, even after only a couple of minutes within ordering. Now the order is changed to In Progress. I’ve ordered within the correct time. Could the points be adjusted still please? Thank you!
