I ordered multiple items, saying they would be shipped "by Thursday August 2" with free shipping at the "add to basket" step. Then, after I completed my order, confirmation email says "expected delivery by August 7". On another occasion, it said "order in the next 35 minutes and get same day delivery". Then at checkout it said 'delivery by tomorrow". The message displayed at "add to cart" is a misleading false advertisement. I bought all these items thinking I'd get them in time before leaving  for a trip.... Only to find out AFTER I purchased that they will arrive when I'm away. Extremely frustrating and disappointing from a brand I thought was more legit and trustworthy.
