Mini makeover on receipt

I was in Sephora earlier today and was greeted by a lady I think Val who was pleasant but the other lady with her was very pushy about opening a jcpenny credit card and when I left I checked my receipt and noticed there was a mini makeover on my receipt I didn’t have a problem with her pushing I get it’s her job but it was extremely annoying and I didn’t know why she was advocating for a jcpenny credit card and it bothered me that she added something to my receipt that I did not receive nor was I offered I would have gladly accepted a free mini makeover but it was never brought up and they just added it to my receipt

I just noticed 'mini makeover' was added to my receipt. I wasn't offered one and didn't receive one. This seems to be a trend. Has anyone from corporate addressed this in a forum? It seems that would be appropriate as I've seen this concern posted here and online. My purchase was at the Lenox Square Mall location in Atlanta.

Same thing happened to me when I became a Rouge member. It was never offered or mention to me.
