Mini makeover on receipt

Good afternoon

I realized that on my receipt there was a mini makeover listed however i didn't request nor receive any makeover. I find it disappointing that not only was i treated extremely rude at this store and told that my product was unavialable without the salesperson even looking to see if it was and then being told that there were plenty in stock by another employee. Now i see that this store is stating that i received something i did not.

This happened me today. As much as I questioned the sales rep about it and she kept telling me that it was something for them and for me not to worry about it. I kept telling her well can I get one and she told me no that not to worry about what the receipt said. I was totally turned off because I know something doesn't add up. She kept telling me because I spent almost $200 that automatically they have to scan their little sheet they have next to the register. That's the reason I came to see if this was a policy.

i also just had this happen to me. i emailed customer service and was basically told to go back to the store to rectify this. i don’t really want to go back to the store since i know they’re shady number padding.

I just checked my Sephora receipt and it said that I had a Mini Makeover which I did not.

I also had a mini makeover added on my receipt and did not have a makeover, was never offered a makeover and did or have anyone assist me in selecting products.

This is very frustrating. I too have a mini makeover on my receipt. Not only did no one help me, I had trouble finding the one item I was there to purchase and the 2 girls at the counter were gossiping the while time. No one talked to me at all until I was told how much I owed, but I get a mini make over added to my receipt? Not ok.
