Mini makeover on receipt without my knowledge

Hi y’all, 

I frequent my local Sephora located inside JCP, and for the most part, everyone is pretty helpful. A couple weeks ago I called before stopping in and asked if they had my brow wiz in stock before I made a special trip. The woman on the phone let me know it was in stock, so I stopped in later that afternoon. I also purchased 2 Sunday Riley products bc I’ve loved everything I’ve tried of hers so far. Unfortunately, this particular, “CEO” like does not agree with my skin so I decided to return them. I pulled out my receipt, and noticed they have me down for a, “mini makeover.” I was in a rush that day and had my one year old with me , so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I’m not sure if it deducted some of my points or not, but I wanted to make sure my account wasn’t impacted for a service I did not receive. Any ideas?  Thanks so much!

I see, thanks! I guess I’m just confused bc I wasn’t even in the store for 15 minutes and simply grabbed my items and checked out. No biggie 🙂
