Milk makeup mini bronzer stick not rolling up?

Has anyone had this problem where they bought a mini Milk makeup bronzer stick and it stopped rolling up even though you didn't have it that long? I've had mine a week now and just today it stopped rolling it up? Is there a solution to fixing it without digging up all of the product?

I have the same problem with my milk contour stick that I bought just a week ago! I got to use it two times before it got stuck 😞 .  Is there any way to fix it?

Hi

I have been through the same with 2 milk bronzers in a short amount of time. The second one I tested as soon as I got home ( where it worked ) and now it is stuck

What do I do?

@freyse123 I'm sorry to hear that! If this was purchased in store, I would recommend contacting the store directly for further assistance.

If you bought it in store more than 60 days ago—you are out of luck.  That is what I was told.  I had my husband break into it to force it up.  Spent too much to throw away an almost full tube

Hello could you explain how your husband broke into it? I bought mine only a month ago and it’s already not rolling up!!! I’m so disappointed because I really liked it 😭

The same has happened to me! I bought the milk bronzer a couple weeks ago and had to replace it the next day because there was a product defect (it was cracked). Now the replacement product won’t twist up at all. Has anyone had any luck with a solution? I love the product and want to be able to use it

Mine has done the same thing! I bought mine right after christmas and only used it a handful of times and it doesn't twist up at all and it never has. Idk what im going to do once i get to the point where it needs to be twisted up because it'll be such a waste of product.

I’ve had mine for a while and just had to stop using it once it got to the point where the product wasn’t available because it would not roll up. Such a disappointment because of all the wasted bronzer!! My store didn’t have a solution for me either, unfortunately, because it was too late to return it. I thought I’d used all the product until I found this strand of messages!
