Messing items in order

I ordered a bunch of stuff for does Sephora sell and my items I got were missing contact customer service and they were so rude to me and did not try to help me at all. They told me they were not able to give me a refund. Customer service is so bad and I am really stressed out about the situation. They told me that they are not able to help me at all and this was final decision. I can’t afford to lose anything
