Messed up orders...

So this is what I received yesterday... After contacting Sephora on the phone all I was told was sorry and here's 100 points! Later in the call I was then offered a refund but not until I returned my palette which I told them I couldn' until like saturday... so now I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for a refund?!?!?! All I wanted was this palette... I still want it but I guess I'm not allowed too? This is ridiculous and I am totally turned off by Sephora now. On top of that in both my orders I received absolutely none of my samples I chose. Why even have that feature if your never going to send them? I'm completely lost at words about this...
