May Play Box Mask - Damaged

Hi! I believe this May box wins for the best box ever in the last two years. It was curated perfectly for me, but the Sephora Zince & Copper Mud Mask was open and had dried into a solid block, falling out when I was going through my bag. Is there any way to replace it or are they all gone when the boxes are sent out? I was working so I couldn't stay on the phone long enough to get someone's help 🙂
