Sephora Favorites vouchers can only be redeemed in our freestanding Sephora stores. I'm sorry they cannot be redeemed online!

Then how come the back of the certificate says we can redeem it at sephora.com?

@graceliv1213 Sorry for the confusion! This comment was made before we had sets that can be redeemed online. As of last June, the new sets have certificates that can be redeemed online as well.

A common issue is that the number 1 looks like the letter I. If switching that does not work, please send me a private message with your registered email address, name of the Sephora Favorites set and a clear photo of the voucher showing the code so I can look into this. Thanks!

@IrinaGai You are welcome to redeem the voucher for an alternate featured product or you may contact your local Sephora store to check if they happen to have an estimated restock date for the product you'd like! Thank you!
