quick question it says early access for Vib and Rouge but doesn't give me option to add to cart. did it run out already? ?

This is so wrong. I am VIB Rouge and got the email for early access Saturday. I went to make my purchase within 15 mins of the timestamp on the email and it already said "out of stock". Now it is the actual launch date where it's supposed to be available for everyone and it STILL says out of stock. This is not only disappointing, but completely unfair. Why even have an early access if all of your Rouge members don't have a shot at picking it up early?

It’s 4/23 and still shows as out of stock. I signed up for an email notification for when it was released and never received an email. Has it just not been restocked yet? Or did we miss out yet again? This is very frustrating.

I work nights and have periodically checked a few times an hour since midnight. It's never become available today. It was never actually available for VIB rouge early access either from what I can tell. I have several friends, myself included, that went to purchase within minutes of receiving the early access notification email only to have it say out of stock already. I put a restock notification on it on Saturday and it hasn't been restocked since. I doubt it is a coincidence that the eyeshadow palette and powder are exactly the same. I'm getting the vibe they just dont want people using the 15% off on that stuff so they're withholding it even though it was scheduled to be released.

That’s what I figured, but heard some people were able to snag the bronzer online Sephora this morning. So I am still unsure. It sounds like Sephora US had a small amount available today, but not Sephora Canada.

This is So wrong, it's advertised that Rouge and vibs have a shot at a presale, I'm a Rouge and tried to buy it early and was told it was "sold out". But because I complained, I was given points. This is not the first time this has happened. HOW can you not have any more available for Rouge, but everyone else gets a shot on the 23rd? What is the benefit to rouge if were unable to take advantage of these "specials"?
