Mall gift card

I received a cf mall gift card today. Try to get a Sephora gift card at cf polo park Sephora Winnipeg. Because I need to get something online that the store does not have. They refused me to buy Sephora gift card by using the cf mall gift card. What should I do?  

Mall gift card should be able to use as cash at Sephora in order to buy anything from Sephora.

@Christianxia I'm sorry for the confusion. Gift cards cannot be purchased with other gift cards or store merchandise cards.
