Makeup by Mario eye palette

• I received my make up by Mario eye palette today and once I took out of the box, there was a black smudge on the white packaging. As though it had already been opened and used.   I tried to wipe off and it’s still there.  The actual shadow doesn’t look used but why would there be a black mark on a new product? It doesn’t seem hygienic.  Assuming this hasn’t happened to anyone else?
