Makeover Deluxe at Sephora JCP

I wanted to use my shareable makeover passes from my Rouge gifts to get make up services done ahead of a friends wedding - can we use the passes at a Sephora inside of JC Penny? That seems to be the closest location to her venue.

I apologize as our Sephora inside JCPenneys doesn't' offer our full services such as - Custom Makeovers. I hope this helps!
