Major shipping delays

Has everyone else been experiencing more frequent and longer delays with packages, even in the absence of a sale event? This latest sale is my last straw lol. 
I prefer the brands Sephora carries, but have seen that customers have instead started using Ulta - has anyone else made the switch and has your experience been better/more reliable?

Yes! Absolutely not happy about it. I ordered 5 days ago and it’s still in progress. They should be offering points for the inconvenience. If they can send out emails saying “sorry” they could certainly comp us all some extra points.

If it means paying your workers higher wages, I know Sephora can afford it. 
I can imagine the added stress and demands on the shipping teams during these sales events, and I hope they are being compensated adequately so they can do their jobs in the time frame Sephora has promised it’s customers - which they seem to be incapable of adhering to.
