Mail promo not working

Hello, I received a 20% code in the mail  I am trying to use it in my cart but when I went to check out an error appeared “sorry your promotion has been removed because you’ve exceeded the number of redemptions allowed for this promotion.” I did not use the coupon I only clicked apply to my cart but now I can’t redeem my coupon- can this issue be fixed?

@JoyJJoy, you can adjust your private messaging preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
