Mail in return denied

Buyer beware when returning products here. I bought $90 worth of shampoo and conditioner that my hair stylist thought would be good for my hair. I used the products ONCE and they made my brittle hair very dry, I also did not like the smell of them. I mailed in my return, and a week later I received an email saying my return was denied. It stated “the product was more than half used”. I used it ONCE. A quarter size!!!! 

I have no returned products here. I’m very confused and I don’t understand. Of course they won’t mail me my products back, then I could gift them to a friend!!!
