Magazine Subscription

Around September I ordered some makeup and the total was over $25. I chose to receive a subscription to Vogue Magazine at checkout as a reward for spending over $25. The description said that it would take weeks for the first issue to arrive, but I am realizing now that it may never come. I was really looking forward to the subscription, but I did not get what I ordered. I was wondering if there was any way I could get the subscription because I chose it at checkout.
