MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED FOR NO REASON!

My order was cancelled for no reason. I made some orders during the sale period. Except that, I didn't order that much. December, All my order were cancelled. At first, I thought it was cancelled because it was out of stock. And yesterday I made one order hair product, and it was still pending, and I think it will cancel again. I talked the representative and they are keep saying "

We apologize we do not have any information on why your orders are canceling, due to this, we are would be happy to reach out to our solutions team so they can look into this. "

"

We apologize we do not have any information as to why your orders are being canceled. You may shop in store while our solutions team looks into this for you."

 

I am a mom with two kids, and I don't have time to go shop in-store. Beside of that, I just want to know why they are cancelling my order. They sent email to me spend more money to keep VIB rouge status, so I did. And they cancelled. I just want to know WHY they are cancelling my order since I didn't violate any thier policy. 

 

No one gave me the right reason still now.
