MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED FOR NO REASON!

I placed an order on the 12th of november when the Beauty Insider sale was on. Today my order was cancelled because apparently the payment couldn't be processed. The status is unsuccessful authorisation. This is impossible because when I contacted my bank they said they had approved the transaction but it was cancelled by the vendor without any reason. I can't avail the 15% off sale now and a lot of the items I initially ordered are now out of stock. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED FOR NO REASON? This is ridiculous service.
