MY ONLINE DELIVERY SAYS EXCEPTION- COULD NOT ATTEMPT

My recent online order says could not attempt and now says exception. This has never happened to me before. I do not understand what could not attempt means. I really want customer care to help me with this. This is unacceptable and frustrating.
