MIssing samples and rewards

I purchased a lot of Sephora gifts for xmas presents and wanted to surprise the woman I purchase them for with little additional samples but big disappointing surprise...NONE of the 5 orders included any of the samples. 

I understand that maybe IF one was missing but for all of them?  I thought if the sample you choose was not available then it gets replaced by something else which is completely fine but when ALL are missing on the 5 different orders I made then it feels like a Scam.  Very disappointed. 

I was also missing a rewards bag.   Not happy at all with Sephora
