MISSING?!

I ordered on 11/10 and it said that my package was delivered to my mailbox parcel locker on Friday at 2:15. shocking because I was legitimately waiting watching the mail guy put mail into my box and waited for him to be done. Opened it and no package or key for the parcel locker. looked at my phone after and it said my sephora order was delivered! I spent a lot on this order not to mention also paid extra for priority 3 days shipping. it was impossible that it was truly delivered and I'm trying to figure out what is going on and nobody will respond to me. I need a response like others with the same issue happening have gotten! The package has not been delivered to mailbox OR my house. I need to know where it is and why it says delivered when it still hasn't been? Please help.
