MISSING SAMPLES

Is anyone else missing any samples lately? Sephora didn't give me any samples for my 4 recent orders and I called them about it but this employee just said "Our new policy is that if the samples you ordered are out of stock, we WILL NOT make any substitutions". Today I checked the Sephora sample policy and guess what it said? "Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples." Even though the samples are small, it would still be nice to try a few new things...
