MISSING PACKAGE!!

Put in an order for my family for CNY and packages said delivered but we never received anything. Contacted Sephora to let them know the situation and they said they’re unable to do anything regarding my package and BANNED ME FROM ORDERING ONLINE. Told me I’m welcomed to shop in stores, like we aren’t in a middle of a pandemic and everything is closed. 

Poor customer service and I’m really thinking about never using Sephora again 😢
