MISSING/LOST PACKAGE?

I placed an order with sephora on nov 10 and on dec 1 i finally got the notice that the package had been delivered but when i went outside there was nothing there? I was home at the time that the package was supposedly delivered and nobody rang my doorbell or anything. I also looked at my cameras bc it said that it was left at the front door and i did not see anyone leave anything at my house at the time the item was delivered. I looked up the lasership company that delivered my product and they had horrible reviews. im so upset that it took the package almost a month to reach me and in the end, i didnt even receive anything. Complete waste of money.

i was told i would get store credit but i dont see anything on my online account?
