MISSING ITEMS!!!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent order, which I received yesterday. Unfortunately,  multiple item were missing from my package, and after conducting some research, I discovered that I am not alone in experiencing this problem. I have sent customer service a photo as proof of how the package was delivered. The amount of brown tissue paper included in the box suggests that only one large gift size perfume box could fit, which raises concerns about the completeness of my order. Additionally, I noticed that the package tape was barely secured upon delivery, further indicating potential mishandling. I am disappointed with this experience, especially as it is my first order with Sephora. I have seen numerous reviews reflecting similar issues, and I feel compelled to share my experience on my social media platforms if this matter is not resolved promptly. I kindly request a refund or replacement for the missing item ASAP, as I believe it is important for your company to take responsibility in such situations.
