MISSING ITEMS

Hello, I have received my order today and found out that Im missing two items, one is the Versace bright crystal ovetto mini spray and The ordinary glycolic acid toning solution. The items are listed on the package slip but it is not included in the box. I have checked my bank account and I was charged for items I did not receive. How can I get my item back or get a refund?
