MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER

I am beyond furious with Sephora! They had the audacity to send me an incomplete order and now they’re completely dodging responsibility. It’s infuriating trying to get a refund or replacement, it's like they don't care about their customers at all! SEPHORA, YOU STOLE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER! This is not just poor service, it’s outright theft. I can’t believe a brand this big can treat people this way. After reading more reviews, I can now see I am not the only one!
